Having built our first web site in 2006 when we launched the Real Britain Company we thought it needed a bit of a face lift. We love the new fresh look and we hope you do too!

We have added lots more information on the front page which we hope will give you ideas about holidaying in the UK and Ireland. We have also started this Blog which we will be updating regularly with snippets about such things as calendar events, little known facts, pertinent news items and anything that catches our eye about the UK & Ireland which we think may be of general interest to Anglophiles and those who love Ireland (is there a corresponding term?).
